Motivated by change the roles have transcended, yet her desire to transcend is unwavering.  Mrs. Johns's career progressions are noted among peers and senior statesmen; nationally.

A product of meager beginnings; she is now able to transcend the lives of others seeking a better Finish. Utilization of common-sense business measures, this self-promoter became a leader who empowers the marginalized and disenfranchised. She understands the fight and struggle from her own experience and works hard to help others and pave the way for the next generation. 

 

Rosita knows the pain and struggle of being a victim of injustice and abuse in the criminal justice system, both as a defendant and as an inmate. She dedicated five years of her life fighting for her case, and four years advocating for other inmates who faced harsh and inhumane treatment. Along with her Husband, together, they communicated with different state and government entities and officials to reveal and challenge these atrocities. This experience transformed her as a person and inspired her to pursue positive change in our broken justice system.
